I've only recently learned of Botak Jones, a chain of Western food stalls in Singapore's heartlands. Unlike many stalls in coffee shops around the island that serve Western food, this one looks like it offers generous portions at reasonable prices. It's usually either/or where Western food is concerned in Singapore's coffee shops. (Though there are a few others that have both good prices and generous portions.)
I haven't gotten to try it out yet, myself, but I heard about it and looked it up online. We're making plans to go sometime next week. I'll check back in with a report on it when we've tried it out. I'm hoping it's as good as advertised.
